The venue's design was done by Quiet Design, a company based in Plaza Midwood, Charlotte that specializes in hand-crafted concrete design. One of the most striking pieces of artwork is the Sun Tzu's Art of War painted on each ceiling by hand, it took Jon Norris (Charlotte) about 4 months to complete. The paintings in the Buffalo Room were done by Nathaniel Lancaster and the Iron tree was custom built by Michael Puzio of Puzio's Iron Studio in Atlanta. The $5 Bill paintings were made by Matt Hooker (Charlotte local artist) and Rodney Raines (Charlotte tattoo artist) which is unique in its own way and instills pride within the respective city’s natives and create an educational narrative for visitors.
